LEGAL CHOICES was founded as a service to the community to assist clients with their own divorce, thereby saving hundreds, if not thousands of dollars for divorce, custody, visitation, support, paternity and various other actions brought before the Superior Court of California.
The founder, Gail Hahn, is a licensed and registered Legal Document Assistant, Independent Paralegal and Mediator. Legal Choices strives to assist in resolutions between the parties for the betterment of the individuals and for the protection of children who are too often caught in the middle.
Legal Choices works closely with other trained professionals that demonstrate a commitment to a high level of ethics. These professionals include other Paralegals, Legal Document Assistants, Mediators and Attorneys.
We offer many services to assist you in the manner most comfortable to you. These services range from assisting you to completing your paperwork to fighting it out in court, with or without attorneys.

Legal Choices acquired the prestigious DIVORCE ALTERNATIVES in 2005 from Jan Stevens. Jan Stevens and Gail Hahn have worked together for many years prior to Ms. Stevens’s retirement. Mrs. Stevens and Ms. Hahn remain good friends.
